Every coverage answer has to match the filed policy form.
Broker RFPs, reinsurance DDQs, regulatory questionnaires and carrier vendor reviews all ask for the same facts. Tribble answers them from what your underwriting, compliance and security owners already approved, and sends only the new questions back to them.

One question, start to finish.
What happens to a single question when a broker RFP lands.
The question
Is this coverage available on an admitted basis in every state listed? Note any state-specific exclusions or endorsements.
Example: broker RFP, section 4, owned by your compliance lead
- 01
It comes in
The RFP arrives as the broker’s spreadsheet or through their marketing portal. Tribble reads every question, including the ones split across state-by-state tabs.
- 02
Tribble drafts it
It matches the question to your approved filing summary and drafts the reply state by state.
Sourcestate filing summary. Owner: your compliance lead. - 03
Only what’s new gets reviewed
An endorsement was refiled in two states this year, so those lines go to compliance with the change marked. The rest go straight through.
- 04
It goes back in their format
The answers go back into the broker’s file, ready to submit.
What it looks like in Tribble Respond.

The same approved coverage answer on every broker call.
Tribble Engage gives account executives and underwriters the approved answer in Slack or Teams, with its source, so what they tell a broker matches the filed form.
Tribble Scribe records the call, drafts the follow-up and updates the CRM.

FAQ
Common questions.
Can Tribble answer reinsurance DDQs?
Yes. It drafts answers from your approved actuarial summaries, underwriting guidelines and past DDQs, and shows the source for each one. Anything that changed since your last submission goes to its actuarial or underwriting owner.
How does Tribble handle state-specific answers?
Answers can be approved for one state or for all of them. When a question covers several states with different rules, Tribble uses the approved answer for each state and routes anything it can’t support to the right expert on your compliance team.
Does Tribble need policyholder data?
No. Tribble works from your policy forms, filings, underwriting guidelines, security documentation and past responses. Each source keeps the permissions it already had, so people only see what they’re allowed to see.
Does Tribble answer carrier vendor risk questionnaires?
Yes. Security questionnaires, including questions built on NYDFS Part 500, draw on your approved security documentation, and anything new goes to your security lead. Tribble itself is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
How is this different from the RFP library we already have?
A library stores answers. It can’t tell which ones still match your current filings. Tribble tracks the source, owner and version of every answer, and routes anything it can’t support to the right expert.
